The air indoors can be up to 7 times more polluted than air outdoors¹: we find a very large amount of chemicals in it, which come from paints, furniture and also household products containing components from petrochemicals.

After use, most cleaning products end up in domestic wastewater which is sent to wastewater treatment plants. However, all the chemical molecules aren’t eliminated there the water is released back into the natural environment because each toxic product requires special treatment. These treatments are rarely done because of their high cost.²

More than 100 000 chemical substances are authorised for sale, but we only completely know the effects on human health of about 5 000 of them.³

The solution is simple: switch to ecologically responsible and/or natural cleaning products (black soap, sodium bicarbonate, white vinegar, etc.). Click here for a guide on how to make your own.

    The brand does R&D improve their products, to reduce plastic, palm oil, packaging, synthetic fragrances and water. The main building is a low carbon area.
